KINONA, pronounced key-no-nah, is Hawaiian for the word “shape.” Our company was started because we believed it was time for golf clothes that fit womens’ shape and style.

KINONA is made by women golfers, for women golfers. Each product is fit-tested for active golfing, using input from golf pros and customers to continually improve product performance. We know how important it is to feel great in our clothes, especially when you’re out on the green. KINONA is designed specifically for women who golf—that’s what we do.

What sets KINONA’s apparel apart is our fabric. Most competitors use 100% polyester, our Italian fabrics are a combination of ECONYL® (high quality regenerated nylon) and lycra (similar to swimwear), resulting in superior fit, feel and performance. Plus KINONA’s high-fashion influence results in a fresh new take on women’s golf apparel that combines functional, flattering, comfortable, high quality golf wear with fun, playful styles and prints.

The fabric we use in our clothes is not just smooth, soft and beautiful, it serves a purpose. The material is a special perforated, anti-microbial fabric for wicking and comfort on and off the course. KINONA has shaping details built into all of our products (higher waistbands, princess seam lines), tee holders in pockets of all skorts, shorts, dresses and jackets, and UPF 50+ sun protection. In our clothes you’ll be stylish and comfortable at the same time.

As a company by women for women, of course they are! Nobody has time for dry cleaning these days.

Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) indicates how much UV radiation (both UVB and UVA) a fabric allows to reach your skin. UPF 50 fabric blocks 98 percent of the sun's rays and allows two percent (1/50th) to penetrate, thus reducing your exposure risk significantly.

Yes! That’s always been important to us in the fashion industry. While sometimes that means it’s hard to compete on price [this is not fast fashion], it means the quality is also higher because it’s a skill level and attention to detail that’s hard to match.

KINONA develops apparel with meticulous intention, and is committed to adhering to earth-friendly practices. KINONA selects suppliers that adhere to rigorous sustainability standards. We also use ECONYL® recycled-nylon yarns in approximately 40 percent of our products. Learn more about our sustainable fashion.

We’re based out of California (the Pacific Palisades area) and Washing state (the Seattle area), with reps in both of these regions. Our fabric is sourced from a mill in Italy called Carvico. Based in the village it was named after, Carvico is a woman-led textile producer of sustainable and premium material. Learn more about us in this behind the scenes look at KINONA.

To put it simply, our quality standards are high, and we are making clothes with the best fabric available on the market. We understand KINONA isn’t a brand for everyone, but we can’t compromise on what’s important to our customers. Our clothes are much more durable and can be worn beyond golf.

What’s better than a new look for the golf course?! We’re pleased to offer gift certificates. Gift certificates can be immediately delivered and contain a code to redeem on our site within a year. It’s a great way to give the gift of style when you may not know what size or styles to choose. Currently we do not offer gift wrapping.

If you’re just getting into the game of golf, we suggest you start with finding an outfit, a top and skort or pants depending on your preference, that fits your style. Here are our bestselling styles for some inspiration!

KINONA runs true to size. For example, a size 4-6 will easily fit anyone in that range. If you’re looking to compare to other brands you might know, we fit similar to JCrew or Under Armour. We do offer free returns for 30 days as we know it can take time to find the right fit in a new brand. Still not sure on your size? Check out our new size guide tool and get the right size, every time. Available on every sized product at www.kinonasport.com, just click "Find My Size" under the size selector to launch the virtual sizing tool. Input your measurements and get customized recommendations.

We now offer XX-Small to XX-Large size options, however we currently do not offer petite or tall specific sizes. Please refer to our size chart , and if you have a concern about a specific product contact us and our team will be happy to suggest options for you.

We’re pleased to announce that since March 2021 we offer sizing from XS-XXL. We are working hard to offer larger ranges of sizes for our customers to be as inclusive as possible. You can shop by size using our filters, and sign up for our newsletter so you are the first to know when new collections drop!

We always carry a range of lengths with some of our skorts/dresses on the slightly shorter side, while others run longer. You can find more details about the product and lengths in our shop when you view the piece before adding it to your bag or wishlist.

Sometimes products are so popular they fly off the shelves, and we’re sorry that’s disappointing. The best thing to do is sign up for our emails, and you’ll be the first to know when new collections drop! We frequently restock our ‘core basics’ - styles like our Wrap It Up Skort and Keep It Covered Tops. These are staples in many golf wardrobes!

Standard Shipping (2-7 business days), Faster (2-3 business days), Fastest (2 business days). You will receive an email with your tracking record number when your order leaves our warehouse. You will be able to track your order all the way until delivery.

Standard Shipping (2-7 business days) is FREE, Faster shipping (2-3 business days) is $7.95 and Fastest shipping (2 business day) is $12.95.

We want you to love what you purchased. If you are not 100% satisfied, please return your purchase in the original condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Sale price purchases can be returned in the original condition within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund as well. Return shipping is on us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders. See our full Shipping and Returns policy for holiday policies and more information.

We don't currently offer international shipping. However, it's something we're looking into. Sign up for our newsletter and you'll be the first to know when we've established a way to deliver a KINONA customer experience internationally!

This will take you to the account page where you can either create a new account or login to your existing account with your email address and password. Contact our Customer Support team if you need additional support.

Visit the Login page and click on FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD to the left of the LOGIN tab. You will be prompted to enter your email address to request a new password. An email will be sent to the address entered containing a link to verify your email address. Contact our Customer Support team for additional support if you have any further questions or issues.

We know it’s annoying to manage passwords, but with an account you can also check out faster, save multiple addresses, track your orders and save items to your wish list, and collect points towards our Queen of the Green program.
