U.S. Shipping
KINONA ships anywhere in the US from our warehouse in Kentucky. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will ship out the following business day.
Ground Shipping for Orders $50.00 or more (4-7 business days) - FREE
Ground Shipping for Orders $49.99 or less (4-7 business days) - $7.95
Faster (3 business days*) - $9.95
Fastest (2 business days*) - $14.95
*Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). The number of days is measured from the time the product leaves the warehouse until the time of delivery.
You'll receive an email with your tracking record number when your order leaves our warehouse. You will be able to track your order all the way until delivery.
U.S. Returns
We want you to love what you purchased. If you are not 100% satisfied, please return your purchase in the original condition for a full refund within 15 days of purchase*. The return shipping is on us.
To return your Kinona item, follow the instructions below:
- Click Kinona Returns to process your return.
- Enter your order number and billing zip code
- You will be presented with your order history. Just select the product you wish to return.
- Select a reason for your return and we will give you options for a refund.
- Review and verify your selection and submit return
- After submitting your return, you have two options on how to return your item(s).
*Due to deep discounts on our Final Sale collection, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale products.
International Shipping & Returns
We ship to most international markets. To see pricing in your market, select your country from the country selector shown in the website header or footer. You will see a dropdown menu. Select the shipment destination country for more detailed information. Relevant Shipping, Duties and Taxes are calculated and included at checkout. Please note that for international orders, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All Sales are Final.
Return your item(s) by Mail.
Print out the return shipping label and affix it to your shipping box/mailer. Once your return is received and scanned from the carrier, a credit will be made to the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
Return your item(s) in–person at a Happy Returns location.
Go to Happy Returns to find your closest Happy Returns Location. Bring the item(s) you wish to return. No box or receipt required. You will receive an immediate refund.
Returns with 10 or more items will no longer be accepted at Return Bars. You can return these items by Mail by following the instructions above.
