KINONA ships anywhere in the US from our warehouse in Kentucky. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will ship out the following business day.

Fastest (2 business days*) - $12.95
*Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). The number of days is measured from the time the product leaves the warehouse until the time of delivery.
You'll receive an email with your tracking record number when your order leaves our warehouse. You will be able to track your order all the way until delivery.

We want you to love what you purchased. If you are not 100% satisfied, please return your purchase in the original condition for a full refund.
Holiday 60-day Returns: For ease of shopping and gift-giving during the holiday season, KINONA has extended our Return Policy.
Merchandise purchased through January 5th, 2024 must be returned within 60 days of the order date to receive a refund on regular OR sale price merchandise.
We want you to shop with confidence while allowing gift recipients the proper time to return items if needed. The return shipping is on us.

- You will be presented with your order history. Just select the product you wish to return.
- Select a reason for your return and we will give you options for a refund.
- Review and verify your selection and submit return
- After submitting your return, you have two options on how to return your item(s).
Return your item(s) by Mail.
Print out the return shipping label and affix it to your shipping box/mailer. Once your return is received and scanned from the carrier, a credit will be made to the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
Return your item(s) in–person at a Happy Returns location.
Go to Happy Returns to find your closest Happy Returns Location. Bring the item(s) you wish to return. No box or receipt required. You will receive an immediate refund.
UPDATE: Starting January 4th, 2023, returns with 10 or more items will no longer be accepted at Return Bars. You can return these items by Mail by following the instructions above.
