U.S. Shipping

KINONA ships anywhere in the US from our warehouse in Kentucky.  Orders received after 2:00 PM EST will ship out the following day.  


Standard Shipping (4-7 business days) - FREE

Faster (2-3 business days*) - $7.95

Fastest (next business day*) - $19.95

 

You will receive an email with your tracking record number when your order leaves our warehouse.  You will be able to track your order all the way until delivery.

 

International Shipping and Returns

KINONA can now ship worldwide through our partner, GlobalShopex.com.  Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" option.  The global checkout page will allow you to see the cost of shipping and duties and taxes upfront. You may prepay duties and taxes when you check out or pay upon delivery.  If you prepay, there will be no additional funds collected upon delivery.

 

GlobalShopex handles the international checkout and shipping and will process your payment and guarantee delivery.  Once your order is completed, order status questions should be directed to GlobalShopex at customercare@globalshopex.com or 786-391-4868.  We cannot accept International returns or exchanges.

U.S. Returns

 

We want you to love what you purchased. If you are not 100% satisfied, please return your full price purchase in the original condition within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. The return shipping is on us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on FINAL SALE product or international orders.

 

You have 2 convenient ways to return in the U.S.  KINONA has partnered with Happy Returns, to make the return process easy. 

  1. Go to https://kinona.happyreturns.com/

  2. Enter your order number and billing zip code.

  3. You will be presented with your order history.  Just select the product you wish to return.  (Please note FINAL SALE products are non-refundable/non-exchangeable)  

  4. Select a reason for your return and we will give you options for an exchange or refund. 

  5. Review and verify your selection and submit return.

  6. After submitting your return, you have two options on how to return your item(s). 

 

Return your item(s) by Mail.

 

Print out the return shipping label and affix it to your shipping box/mailer. Once your return is received and scanned from the carrier, a credit will be made to the original form of payment within 7 business days.  You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed. 

 

Return your item(s) in–person at a Happy Returns location.

 

Go to Happy Returns to find your closest Happy Returns Location.  Bring the item(s) you wish to return.  No box or receipt required.   You will receive an immediate refund.
